These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Panna platform operated at pannafc.com. By creating an account or using our service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 16 years old to use Panna.
  • Users under 18 must have parental consent.
  • You must provide accurate and truthful information in your profile.

2. Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must not share your account with others.
  • You must not create multiple accounts.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Tier System and Verification

  • All new users start at Tier 1 (Recreational).
  • Higher tiers (Tier 2: Amateur Active, Tier 3: Competitive) require manual verification by our team.
  • Misrepresenting your skill level or football background may result in tier demotion or account suspension.
  • Tier decisions are made at our discretion and are final.

4. Bookings and Payments

  • All game fees are displayed in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include applicable taxes.
  • Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
  • A booking is confirmed only after successful payment.
  • You may join the waitlist if a game is full. You will be notified if a spot opens.

6. Code of Conduct

All players must:

  • Arrive on time for scheduled games.
  • Play fairly and respect all participants, regardless of skill level.
  • Follow the rules specified for each game.
  • Not engage in violent, abusive, or discriminatory behavior.
  • Report no-shows and misconduct to Panna.

7. No-Show Policy

  • Failure to attend a confirmed booking without cancellation is a "no-show".
  • No-shows are tracked and may affect your standing on the platform.
  • Repeated no-shows may result in account restrictions.

8. Liability

  • Panna organizes and facilitates games but does not assume liability for injuries during play.
  • Players participate at their own risk.
  • We recommend all players have personal accident and liability insurance.
  • Panna is not responsible for personal belongings lost or stolen at game venues.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and branding on pannafc.com is owned by Panna. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

10. Termination

  • You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
  • Upon termination, your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zurich, Switzerland.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use of Panna after changes constitutes acceptance.
